Enameled sterling silver coffee to go charm
Ordered and was on backorder. I was given the option to cancel the order or wait for the shipment. I chose to wait. I was sent an email the backordered item had arrived and was being shipped. My account was charged when the charm shipped. Impressed with the way it was handled.
